This storytime had our imaginations GLOWING! Thank you children and families at Brooklyn's Books are Magic for such an inspiring storytime. We gave out this sheet from our How Mischief Changed the World at the Laundromat book and asked everyone what kind of socks they would be...especially if they didn't have to match. It was incredible to see all of the different colors, stripes, and tie-dyes in the room. One child even reminded us that socks mean, "you can be anything you want."
