In this lesson you will read a story about a kid named Mischief whose hero is not like the rest of the other kids. Included is a rich discussion about defining what a hero is and finding ways to discover our own inner hero. There is opportunity to focus on core ELA compenents such as reading comprehension, word definition, and reflection questions.
